-
What information from us would make your investment decision easier?
4. CHOOSE THE RIGHT INVESTMENT FOR YOU
Once you have found the right MyFarm DAIRY investment;
-
Contact us for a copy of the Memorandum of Information.
-
Join us on a conference call where MyFarm will run you through the business plan and introduce investors to one another.
-
Visit the farm - at our farm open days you have the opportunity to meet the MyFarm supervisor who will be working closely with the on-farm manager to achieve the investment objectives.
But remember we only offer up to 10 investment opportunities each year. Places are limited and many sell within a month of being offered to the market.
5. FILL OUT THE APPLICATION FORMS
The investment application forms are at the rear of the Memorandum of Information. Applications are considered in the order which they are received.
6. PAY YOUR DEPOSIT
Depending on the specific investment, a 10 - 20% deposit will be required to make the property purchase unconditional and to fund stock purchases and some development items.
7. SETTLEMENT DATE - PAY YOUR FULL INVESTMENT
At this point you are issued a bound document which includes all of the partnership and property management agreements and which details your ownership. You are now the proud (co-) owner of a dairy farm!
8. GET INVOLVED
-
If you like the idea of having an active governance role in your farm business, you can put yourself forward to be a Director of the business. These elections are traditionally held at the first conference call following settlement.
-
We encourage investors to meet and socialise at Farm open days and Annual General Meetings. Many of our investors have found new friends and business associates through the shared experience of owning a MyFarm DAIRY investment.
-
Meet up with other MyFarm investors and farm managers at the bi-annual MyFarm conference.
