Andrew Watters
Director

Andrew has extensive experience at both practical farming and corporate management. He began his career with the former Kiwi Cooperative Dairies (a forerunner to Fonterra) as milk supply manager and then farm services manager, responsible for 120 staff.

Andrew and his wife Alison won the 2003 New Zealand Sharemilker of the Year title and in 2004 Andrew completed a prestigious Nuffield Farming Scholarship studying "innovation" in the Northern Hemisphere. Today they own two dairy farms, milking 550 cows on irrigated land in Wairarapa (North Island).

Main roles:

Investment: Raising investor capital.
Management: Corporate management, investor reporting.
Consulting: Strategic advice to the dairy and horticultural industries in new technologies, supply chain management, shareholder and farmer communication, dispute resolution and e-commerce.

Grant Rowan
Director
BAgSci (hons), MBA (distinc)

Grant embarked on a traditional sharemilking career in the Manawatu region in 1989. In 1998 he was runner up in the New Zealand Sharemilker of the Year competition and by 2000 had built enough equity to buy a dairy farm in Southland and a bull beef unit in Manawatu. Today Grant has three dairy farms milking over 1200 cows in Southland. He has a Masters in Business Administration with Distinction and has consulted to the dairy and horticultural industries. Grant is responsible for identifying high potential properties for MyFarm investors using his in-depth farming and regional knowledge.

Main roles:

Investment: Sale and aquisition of rural property.
Management: Farm supervision, farm management.
Consulting: Strategic advice to the dairy, and horticultural industries in new technologies, shareholder and farmer communication.
 

Cliff King
Director
DipAg, DipVal, NZIV, NZIPM
Cliff helped establish the New Zealand Rural Property Trust with particular responsibility for acquiring NZ$65 million of rural property throughout New Zealand in the late 1980's. Cliff was also responsible for purchasing, managing and subsequently selling the Dairy Brands operation in Canterbury and Southland. Cliff is currently a director of several companies in both New Zealand and Australia. Cliff is a registered valuer and a Justice of the Peace.

Investment: Raising investor capital.
Management: Corporate management.
Consulting: Strategic advice to the meat, wool and horticultural industries, shareholder and farmer communication, dispute resolution.
Agribusiness: Sourcing quality yield based agribusiness investment in the service, processing and export sector.
