“I would like to congratulate you for investing in this business. Twelve months ago there were very few places to put your money that was safe. Land over time has been a safe investment. Coupled with dairy farming it has been able to return a modest cash return with capital appreciation. We have achieved both these things in the 1st year, so we are off to a good start.

One of the benefits of having MyFarm running the business on our behalf is it takes away the daily, weekly and seasonal stresses of running a dairy farm, as there are many, ranging from the mundane to the quite complex issues that can be involved, so as long as we are happy with the direction and procedures and are achieving the goals we want it will be a good place to be.
