Andrew became a co-owner of AGInvest Holdings Ltd in 2005 before moving into the Chief Executive role at MyFarm in 2016. His role is to ensure MyFarm retains its position as the leading provider of New Zealand primary sector investments and continues its proud history of land transformation.

Andrew is a Nuffield Scholar (2004) and is also a director of Figured.com, a management accounting software business with more than 30,000 clients globally.

As co-owner of AGInvest Holdings Ltd and head of property acquisition for MyFarm since 2003 Grant has managed the negotiation and purchase of more than 100 rural properties involving shareholder equity of over $850 million.

Grant is a key member of the MyFarm’s Investment Committee which is responsible for due diligence and ensuring full and accurate disclosure of investment information. Grant has extensive governance experience as Director on a number of Syndicate Boards.

As a member of the Executive Team Louise Wittwer, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for all Business Support Services at our Feilding Head Office with a focus on continuous improvement of MyFarm's financial and risk management systems, embedding digital transformation across the business and provision of corporate secretarial services. 

Louise plays an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of MyFarm's Strategic, Operational and Financial plans and is chief liaison with the Group's Legal Advisors, Bankers, Auditors, Insurers and Accountants.

In addition Louise oversees MyFarm’s compliance regime, primarily ensuring adherence with the FMCA and AML/CFT legislation. She manages the syndication establishment process and is responsible for assisting investors with the challenges and intricacies of meeting compliance requirements.

Louise joined MyFarm in 2021, having served 11 years with the Cook Islands Financial Supervisory Commission, the latter five as Commissioner. A Fellow Chartered Accountant by profession, Louise brings with her a wealth of experience in various private, and public, sector roles across the financial industry.

From Te Tai Tokerau Northland, Chris is a shareholding director of Hard Hill Country Genetics a 600-hectare sheep and beef genetics operation located in Northland’s steep hills.

Chris joined MyFarm Investments after three years as the CEO of the NZ Rural Leadership Trust, which runs the prodigious Nuffield Farming Scholarship, and the Kellogg Rural Leadership programme. Before returning to New Zealand to take up the role at Rural Leaders, Chris served as New Zealand’s Head of Defence Diplomacy in the UK and Europe and prior to that as the Deputy Chief of the Army. He is also a decorated special forces officer. Chris holds master’s degrees in management and in strategy. From a governance perspective, Chris is a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and a 2023 graduate of the Co-operative Governance Course.

Chris’ charitable interests include human rights, mental health, wildlife protection, and education. Most recently, he was part of a small volunteer team that worked with Government and some very generous donors to evacuate 563 at-risk Afghans to New Zealand after the Taliban takeover. His current research is focused on designing a joined-up ecosystem for leadership development in New Zealand’s Food and Fibre Sector.

As the Head of Client Relations, Louise leads the Sales and Marketing team and her primary responsibility is ensuring the experience of potential and current MyFarm investors, is a great one. This is a fairly new role for MyFarm – and a sign of our ongoing commitment to putting our investors at the heart of our business.

Louise came to MyFarm after nine years based in Singapore, and a total of 15 years working with one of the world’s largest producers of spirits and beers, Diageo. With experience spanning a breadth of sales and marketing roles, I have been fortunate to travel extensively and interact with a diverse range of clients from right across Asia and the Middle East.

Although I am originally from Liverpool, I have been travelling and working abroad since my mid 20’s. I have now settled in New Zealand permanently with my kiwi husband and young family in mid 2021.

Gordon joined MyFarm in 2023 and works between business units to ensure investors receive a first-rate customer experience.

Originally from rural Manawatu, he has extensive experience in farm management and sales and marketing, both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

He is passionate about the primary industry and is involved in his family's farming business.

Gordon completed an Executive MBA at Massey University in 2022.

Vicky joined the MyFarm team in 2021 as the Finance Manager. Vicky's role is to manage the team that provides the finance and accounting operations of assets under management for MyFarm Business. She is an enthusiastic and qualified Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) professional. Vicky has over 15 years of financial management experience across a diverse range of Australian and New Zealand organisations.

Gareth works closely with the capital raising and business management teams. He is responsible for conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities, overseeing the establishment and ongoing development of new businesses and land transformation projects. 

Prior to joining MyFarm in 2008, Gareth held roles in the operational management of corporate dairy farms and international dairy consultancy.

David joined the MyFarm team in January 2022. David started his career in the New Zealand wholesale and commercial banking sectors before making the move to America. During his time in America, David led teams and built products within the financial technologysector having most recently worked with Square.

The draw of the primary sector brought David back to New Zealand where he is currently completing a Nuffield Scholarship and tending to his family farm in Whanganui.

Brad joined the MyFarm team in 2021 as Investment Analyst providing financial analysis and research for the Investment team. He was previously based in Canberra, Australia and held the role of Analyst for five years at Rural Funds Management (RFM) which included carrying out due diligence, business and project management duties for RFM. He is studying towards qualification as a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Russell is responsible for the management of MyFarm Kiwifruit syndicates. His role includes overseeing property inspections, lease arrangements, banking liaison, contract negotiation and communication with the Board and investors.

Russell has an extensive management background in large scale farming enterprises across multiple, geographically diverse locations. Before joining MyFarm, Russell was the GM / CEO of Purata Farms.

Rory is responsible for the oversight and day to day management of selected syndicates. Rory joined MyFarm November 2021. He hails from an Otago farming background, bringing a wealth of hands-on practical agribusiness knowledge and professional experience.

Rory’s early career was Agri banking throughout New Zealand in varied and diverse Agri and Horticultural portfolios. More recently Rory has taken on General management of Landpower, Operations Manager for Rakaia Island and Regional Livestock Manager for Alliance

Rachel joined MyFarm in 2017 and is the Business Manager for several MyFarm syndicates in Hawke’s Bay and an appointed Director of two MyFarm syndicates. She oversees syndicate management and performance, business partner relationships and communication with Boards and investors.

Rachel is a Kellogg Rural Leadership Scholar, and a member of the Institute of Directors and NZ Institute of Primary Industry Management. She is also a previous Chairman of the NZ Dairy Industry Awards.

Paul has had a 32-year career in the New Zealand and Australian investment industry with UBS, Westpac/BT and Mint Asset Management as an Analyst, Fund Manager and Chief Investment Officer, and is currently a financial consultant and director of Carina Investment Advice Ltd. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a member of the NZ Institute of Directors, the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia and the Institute of Financial Professionals of NZ. He is also a director of BNZ Investment Services Ltd. and of Mindful Money, and is an Independent Member of the Accident Compensation Corporation Board Investment Committee, and in the past chaired the NZ Governance Forum , was a Director of the CFA NZ Society and an Authorised Financial Adviser.

JT Macfarlane is one of Australia’s most experienced international bankers. Until his retirement in February 2014, he was Executive Chairman and CEO of Deutsche Bank Australia and New Zealand, and a member of the Business Council of Australia.

He has had family investments in New Zealand agriculture since 1989, including dairy partnerships, an arable property in Canterbury and a beef and deer property in South Canterbury.

Malcolm has been a farmer for more than three decades and has held governance roles with Fonterra, Westpac NZ and Federated Farmers. He is an investor in a number of businesses including Etech, Greentech Robotics and Frogparking. Malcolm has a bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics and early in his career worked the Reserve Bank of NZ.
