New Zealand’s kiwifruit industry is on a growth path that’s being driven by accelerating export demand for our fruit – with the Gold variety leading the charge.
The first property is well located in Paengaroa, an area of Bay of Plenty targeted for industrial and residential growth. The Paengaroa area is close to Te Puke and is a favoured location for growing kiwifruit because of its flat contour, climate, low altitude, and good free-draining soils.
In 2020 the partnership expanded and diversified its SunGold orchard investment by purchasing a second high-quality young orchard in the eastern Bay of Plenty.
