Otamarakau is a 13.32 cha SunGold orchard located in a prime location at 313 Otamarakau Valley Road on the boundary between the Eastern and Western Bay of Plenty.
This property comprises of one block of young, conventionally grown SunGold kiwifruit and another block of organically grown SunGold. An elevated coastal position and free draining soils provide ideal growing conditions that favour early crop maturity and are particularly well suited to organic production systems.
Otamarakau Kiwifruit LP will be the ninth kiwifruit orchard DMS Progrowers will lease from a MyFarm syndicate.
