What is the Fund aiming to achieve?

MyFarm proposes consolidating Bristol Properties LP, Ōhanga Properties LP, and Kaipi Road LP into a single MyFarm Poultry Fund. The objective is to create a larger, more diversified investment vehicle with improved scale, broader asset exposure, and a clearer long-term pathway for investors.

Before voting begins in mid-September, investors will receive a comprehensive suite of information to support an informed decision. This includes the Information Memorandum, detailed financial and structural comparisons, Side-by-Side webinars for each partnership, an Offer webinar, supporting FAQs, and opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback.

The Information Memorandum is now available

(24 August) The Information Memorandum guides you in understanding the proposed MyFarm Poultry Fund. It sets out the vision for creating a larger, more diversified poultry investment portfolio, explains how the Fund would operate, and outlines the potential benefits, risks, governance arrangements, and voting process.

We encourage all investors to read the IM carefully as it provides the detailed context and information needed to make a considered decision on the proposal.

Please note that the Portfolio Overview is an asset overview only. It does not cover valuation, NAV conversion, debt, distributions, liquidity, tax, legal structure or voting matters. These will be addressed separately in the full proposal materials when available.
