MyFarm Poultry Fund
We are exploring the potential to bring three existing MyFarm poultry syndicates together into one diversified poultry investment fund.
MyFarm is proposing to consolidate Bristol Properties LP, Ōhanga Properties LP and Kaipi Road LP into a single MyFarm Poultry Fund. The objective is to create a larger, more diversified investment vehicle with improved scale, broader asset exposure, and a clearer long-term pathway for investors.
The proposal is still under development and no final decision has been made. Over the coming weeks, we will provide investors with information, host webinars, seek feedback, and work with the Investor Committee to test and refine the proposal before investors are asked to consider any formal decision.

During this webinar, we outlined why MyFarm is testing a fund structure for the poultry assets, including the potential benefits of improved returns, diversification, scale, improved liquidity and a stronger long-term platform for poultry infrastructure investment.
We introduced the proposed starting portfolio, discussed why poultry remains an attractive sector, and explained how valuation and NAV conversion would be approached. Any proposed conversion into Fund units would be based on independent valuations, each LP's net asset value and a clear methodology that investors can review before making any decision.
The proposal is still being tested across three connected workstreams: investor information and approval, cornerstone capital, and assessment of a potential new poultry property acquisition
